Creamy ground coconut chutney with roasted gram and a sizzling mustard tempering. It belongs next to any tiffin you make.

Method

    Grind coconut, roasted gram, chillies, ginger and salt with a little water.

    Adjust water to a thick, scoopable consistency.

  3. 3

    Temper mustard, urad dal and red chilli, then pour it over the chutney.

Tips & notes

  • A spoon of curd makes it extra creamy and slightly tangy.
